Summary
I recommend NOT purchasing unless you want $20 worth of icons that you may or may not be able to use in a design, and you have time to waste trying to work with crashes and altered final designs.
Unrelated to product review : C/NET needs to work on that website code...

"Like the end result but, difficult to get there."

Pros
They give you tons of options. There are literally thousands of icons to choose from. Plus the option of several expansion packs made this software very appealing.
Cons
VERY unstable. Crashes frequently. Interface is difficult and inconsistent. Text "Effects" don't always work or stick. Exported images don't always come out looking the same as your original (fuzzy edges, bold fonts that weren't bold in the design, text "effect" looks different, etc). Several designs simply disappeared - despite "saving" during the process. The background is there but, the graphics are gone. The leading and trailing edges of italicized phrases get clipped because the text box doesn't compensate for the extension of the letters. Copy/Paste changed fonts. Undo would take you several steps back, sometimes all the way to the beginning. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. The free trial has no functionality. You can look but, you can't touch.
Summary
I'm really pleased with the final Logo I came up with - except for the clipped letters but, it was a real struggle to get there. Given all of the issues I had and NO response from customer service, I'm really upset I paid for this software. The ONLY redeeming value for me was the variety of icons to choose from.

I was looking for more control over the graphics - this sfw gives you some very basic 'badges' and attaches your company name - I don't call that a logo
