  "USED to be one of the bestt"

  Pros: USED to let you group all of your PC's into groups. Used to be my go to remote log in app.

  Cons: Removed functionality that used to be free, and put it into a $300 per year ($50 per month) "Central", I guess in order to force the folks who were not buying it, into buying it. Greedy, slimy move.

  "Removed Critical Features from Latest Release - BAD."

  Pros: Lets you manage computers. We used it for years before their recent horrible screwup of their product.

  Cons: They recently took away several important features from the web interface that is required to use this system properly, without notice. We have been a paying client for years and will now be leaving them to go with another company. Pathetic, really.

  "was wonderful.Seems to suddenly h ave slowed right down"

  Pros: I have found LMI a wonderful program for remote connection. Simple to use for my needs. File transfers.

  Cons: But suddenly last week, it becazme very very slow. Can't work out why. Hardly worth using apart from file transfers which still appearsto function ok

  Summary: If the speed comes back to what it was, it's a wonderful program. Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch. It worked very well for me prior to last week. Hopefully it gets corrected soon otherwise it's disappointing.

  "bad business practice"

  Pros: Used to be good

  Cons: Yanked out features that used to be for free and put them into central and forces users to pay for it.

  Summary: Heard that teamviewer is good and cheaper.

  "Was a great product"

  Pros: Easy to download..

  Cons: They use to have a good combination of free and pay service.. they removed a lot of the benifit from the free and pro version with no warning.. It has caused a huge panic at my client sites that use both the pro (pay account) and free..

  Summary: Before the change I recommended this to ALL my clients.. now I am looking for a replacement product.
