If you're the administrator, it gives you the advantage of customizing some Registry settings, including hiding the Windows Shutdown menu and the Control Panel.

Version 5.0.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

What's new in this version:

Version 5.0 is now Windows Vista compatible, includes new interface, enhanced features and security, and other various updates and enhancements. Version 5.0.1 includes a minor bug fix. Version 5.0.2 includes new program name and updated text editor. Version 5.0.3: * Updated setup program. * Fixed some cosmetic problems with the interface in certain system configurations.
