It seems to be sending my internet connection into chaos. Can't connect, then sometimes it does connect and it takes 20 seconds to load a page on a rapid cable network. Prior to running this program it took 2 seconds to load a page. HAYWIRE

Covers a multitude of system functions with tools to manage all the most commonly encountered problems. Many things you can try "just in case they help" without needing to be a UNIX geek.
Cons
The interface is a little sparse and the manual is very brief and to the point.
Summary
I've been using this tool in a support role since the Jaguar version, and it has never let me down; i.e. it has never created a problem that didn't already exist. On the other hand, it has resolved many obscure problems, using many more routines than its name would suggest.
