"Flexible, easy to learn, clear, effective."

Pros
One week of evenings has produced a very effective feedback survey for a course mailed to participants, to be completed anonymously, with organisers given varying levels of control, automated collation of results, particular questions popping up, conditional upon others being answered appropriately. Cracking stuff.
Cons
None really, the complications in the background of setting permissions and activating surveys and issuing tokens are simply part of the flexibility. Not used other software apart from spreadsheets to do the same previously. Don't feel like I need another for a while yet.
Summary
Give it a go. With a modicum of diligence and patience to design what you want, you can clearly put in place professional online surveys, produce results exportable to other applications, without having to understand a word of code.
