What's new in this version:
- Time reports can now be filtered by phases. This means that users can create both summary and detailed reports on specific phases, not just all phases
- Disbursement reports can now be filtered by specific expense types, and by recoverable or non-recoverable expenses
- Vendors can now be set up with default disbursement codes and recoverable/non recoverable flags. This makes data entry much quicker
