Searched and searched for an easy to use, easy to install, simple password recovery program at a fair price. This program IS all that and the price is right at free! All the others are just rip offs to get your money. Lazesoft worked first time every time.
Cons
Simple interface. Easy to understand instructions. Even most novice computer users could probably make use of this product.

Fast and effective. Used the program on Vista OS. It listed all the accounts. With a couple clicks, I reset each selected account password. Price is excellant.
Cons
I feel more description of the hard drive partitions would be helpful. For example, the machine I delt with had two: a restore partition, and a general use partition. The lack of partition size made selecting the correct partition a guess.
