Fast and effective. Used the program on Vista OS. It listed all the accounts. With a couple clicks, I reset each selected account password. Price is excellant.
Cons
I feel more description of the hard drive partitions would be helpful. For example, the machine I delt with had two: a restore partition, and a general use partition. The lack of partition size made selecting the correct partition a guess.
