LazPaint is a Image editor, like PaintBrush or Paint.Net, written in Lazarus (Free Pascal). Includes BGRABitmap, a set of drawing routines. The main features included are antialiasing, multiple undo, alpha blending, BGRABitmap, selection of any shape, rotation, filters, and update checker. Also additional features are Pen drawing with transparency, Motion blur filter, Selection rotation, and Shaded shapes.
