Publisher's description
From Groove Games :CNET Editor's Note: This game is rated Mature by the ESRB for intense violence and blood and gore.
A horrific plague breaks out and mobs of zombies are roaming throughout the tri-state area, killing people at random. You play Jack, a simple farmer who must rise beyond fear, and battle your way through hordes of terrifying undead who are bent on spreading the zombie plague. You encounter a mysterious man named Mr. Kaufman who has established Fiddler's Green, a fortified city, which holds the last of the living. He has offered you a special job, with an exceptional reward. An offer too good to turn down, but will you live long enough to reap the rewards?
Based on the George A. Romero film, Land of the Dead, this intense 3D zombie experience will grip and terrify you like none other.
This survival horror demo includes an introductory movie and a mission where you must secure the different sections of the Theater.

Version: Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler's Green demo
"Bloody Good Game (Pun Intended)"
Pros: This game has a lot of critics. Many would say the concept and storyline isn't exactly new, which of course it isn't...however this game stills ends up being lot of fun. I love the sheer variety and scale of weapons provided to cut, dice, slice and hack zombies. Every stretch of imagination has been used to create a truly realistic and gory game. Graphics are quite good, and it does run pretty smoothly on my comp which is only a mid-range machine at best.
Cons: Ok so let's be frank here if you're a horror buff and love the sight of blood and gore all over the place then this is your kind of game. However not everyone is a horror buff.
Also wish they'd made more zombie models. The game only has about I guess 15 or so which means you often end up killing the same zombie more than once.

Version: Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler's Green demo
"Terrifying absolutely terrifiying"
Pros: Doesnt require top-of-the-line pc
I love this game i just crap myself everytime i play it. there zombies walking around with blood streaming from there mouths and so many ways to kill them. My computer is what would have been top-of-the-line 2003 so basically it ancient but it still plays this game reasonably well on high graphics. I know it sounds stupid but try playing the game at a 640 by 480 resolution, it gives the game a special arcade style to it and feels great.
Cons: I did'nt relize my nephews were sitting beside me ans they were crying

Version: Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler's Green demo
"best zombie killer ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Pros: the game keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time.the grapichs arent bad.you get tons of ways to kill zombies from shoting them with a shotgun or hiting them with a hammer its all good. but for a 129 mb game its pretty good the mission takes about 30 mins. but its worth downloading.
Cons: you only get one mission which really sucks.some of the sounds get annoying but you can turn them off.
