Terrible, Samsung should be ashamed.

- - connection problems - unfriendly and buggy user interface (e.g., in album view, as you scroll down, it shows progressively fewer albums on the screen) - major transfer issues: keeps stopping at 340 songs when transferring music, then just freezes - slow (e.g., try to delete songs from a playlist and have to wait some time before there is any response) - waste of time (spent several hours getting my media loaded and couldn't get anything to work/transfer)

- Wish I would have read these reviews first. Samsung created a turd and proudly affixed their name. You might think that they are just ignoring the mac users here but swing on over to the Windows version and you'll see similarly horrible reviews. Very disappointed, won't be going with Samsung in the future.

- Om my Mac 10.9 and just updated Kies version 3.01.1402_3 Mac does not see Cell Samsung Galaxy S4 - which is garbage as well, i should never trade my iPhone. I regret it from day one. Samsung use to be a very quality products manufacturer ...but not anymore. More over, there is no USA made unlock cell phones with Samsung supporting. Their cares app is crap too. Phone by itself is flimsy

- So if you love Mac - get friendly iPhone - no software needed. Kies - do not see S4 connected by USB, it does not connect by WiFi, so I can't sync my Mac and stupid Android.

- I'm not sure, but possibly Samsung Galaxy cell and Note owners who also own PC's may have better luck with this. Personally I haven't heard any good things but that doesn't mean anything I suppose

- I've had NO luck with this download and I'm completely disappointed. It doesn't work for Macs, at least mine, which is a 10.7.5. So far, I haven't had no luck transferring photos & videos from my Galaxy IV to my Mac and the disc on the cell is full. Searching youtube videos for a way to do it. Neither are getting along very well with each other at the moment.

- I've disappointed since I've switched from my iPhone to my Samsung Galaxy s4. I realize we live in a capitalistic society, but it sickens me how, when we have the technology to create and produce and change the world and *yet*--here we have a few monopolizing corporations preventing us from moving forward!! Can't we all just get along?! Compatibility, people! You too, Apple...

- Was given a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7, so tried to upload music and pics from my Mac. Totally useless software, but this was expected from Samsung. So far, they are batting 100% on delivering shitty products and software. CHEAP and shitty, which is probably why they have a large global following. Poor people who cannot afford quality, buy Samsung products.

- The Galaxy tab is a glorified game tablet. Thats it. Cant use it for anything worthwhile. Thank goodness I have my iPad Retina for normal stuff.

- If you're running OSX 10.8, son't even bother trying. Huge disappointment. CNET says it has Mac OSX 10.8 support yet when trying to install, it stops and says it will only install on 10.7 Someone f@cked up!
