Attractive interface, clear-easy-to-use wizard, fast working.
Cons
Product can only be advertised, as soon as I started using it, started strange things. Tool suspended me PC, after it stopped restoring my data and couldn't restart it. It was something awful!

Be more smart and won't make my mistake, since that event I have been using the products of other company.

I have tried both almost every PST repair tool in a desperate attempt to save my corrupt email, contacts, tasks and calender items after fragmenting my hard disk. This is the best PST recovery program i could find on the entire web. You just cant seem to find any free ones. Kernel Outlook PST Repair does not do as well as Outlook Recovery Toolbox. Outlook Recovery Toolbox finds more of your corrupt or lost emails than Kernel Outlook PST Repair. Unlike Kernel Outlook PST Repair, Outlook Recovery Toolbox will find your contacts, tasks and more of your calender items than Kernel Outlook PST Repair will. So in other words Outlook Recovery Toolbox is the way to go.

"Great Customer Service"

My outlook file was badly damaged, and I did not expect any to be able to recover my data, but I did tyr this product. It did work and I saved many of my emails, but sadly some of the files was too damaged to be saved (many attachments). When contacting the company, they fast replyed and did every thing to try solving and recover those mails I did do recover automaticly and I think the team could have done that, but I did not want to send them my inbox. But in sted they pay back my money.

this is really disappointing. what is this company and why do people purchase their products. their tool do not work and then they do not refund your money and altogether they will ask for yur files. why will we give our confidential files to these people. i purchased pst software and it messed up everything for me, my contacts name all went wrong and when i reported this issue on their forum they said that change the outlook settings and try again. that admin (vrklsd --- non-technical) do not knows that when the pst is inaccessible then how can one change the pst settings.. i will not consider this provider again!!!!1
