If a song is too fast to easily synchronize Karaoke, you can slow it down to 75% - 95% of the original tempo (Or speed it up if you feel like it!) If you have synchronized Karaoke and then realize you've missed a word, it's easy to just add in the new word in the top left Lyric Editor window, without messing up your previous Karaoke synchronization. The Demo version will allow you to save 3 personalized Karaoke songs to test before you buy. The Demo version also doubles as a smart free Player for your Karaoke - turn your PC into a Karaoke machine.

Version: Karaoke Eddie 1.0
Pros: It's very simple, and it works well on my old computer. Music and lyrics synchronize perfectly. You can slow down the music so you can be more accurate.
Cons: It won't save as a AVI video. They company says they're planning to add it as a feature in the future, but that will still be a while.
