Pros: -easy to track resume/cover-letter unique for each job
-save all job details offline easily & efficiently
-extensive features to help with networkingCons: -on some screens can only see the 1st page of the resume (have to double-click to open word editor to see the full resume)

"A Must have to organize your job search!"
Pros: JobTabs is great for helping me keep track of which customized resumeI sent to which company - it allows you to associate any resume to any job you are applying and save a permanent copy.
Cons: When saving "snapshots" of jobs announcements, I wish it also automatically saved the link to the original post so I can confirm the job is still posted.
Summary: For the price this is an excellent program.
