Pros

Works well with few "too much" hacker help, nice to see so few offerings, nice to have it work WITHOUT too much hacker help, almost looked like a programmer wrote it

Cons

few toolbars offers and other over active hacker "help"

Pros

none what so ever

Cons

does not want to work with most of pogo's games, java 6 is more stable. i hope they get a better version of 7 to fix the issues

"Update breaks my installer service"

Pros

Download from CNET.com went off without a hitch

Cons

I'm sure it's a wonderful thing, but when I began the install (as admin), the process began and somewhere in the next few seconds broke the windows installer.

Summary

Haven't seen any comments about this anywhere yet. I wonder if this is a one off problem... I am going to restart and try it again.

"It's java."

Pros

It's nice to have a download for it so it can be installed on computers that aren't connected to the internet.

Cons

It asked to update the next time I restarted my computer, so it seems this wasn't the latest version.

Pros

It installed with out a problem

Cons

Can't get my machine to use it.

Summary

I can't get my computers to use it. I welcome the change and it has not caused any problems but I overlooked some thing thus the computers are not using it.

I'll work on it when I have more time as the problem is definatly on my end. I am just not sure what the problem is yet to try and fix it.

Summary

It is like primer under paint: it makes it work better but you don't know it's there. I don't think I ever used a computer that didn't have it running. I always update when a new version come out. To have a product that practically no one knows they have, let alone need, is unusual. It must be hard being one of their sales people.

I keep getting a message fatal error in my blue screen somthing about bad i installed the 64 edition and got rid of the regular rutime java havent had any problems
