Version: Itelpop for Outlook 1.2
"Simple install and very easy to configure and use"
Pros: I liked the fact it was a small download and did not require any additional components. ie no dot net etc. I already had Outlook setup and it picked up all my contacts. Minipop a nice feature.
Cons: Would like to see a call log and a better softphone.
Summary: Simple no thrills solution which does the job
