From ICQ :IrCQ-Net Invitation is an ICQ plug-in that allows you to access certain IrCQ-Net (ICQ IRC Services) features and invite anyone on your contact list to a chat room. With the plug-in installed, you can use ICQ to enter an existing chat room or create a new chat room, edit your chat information, and invite someone on your contact list to join you. Whether you are sending an invitation or receiving one, ICQ will automatically launch your browser and take you to the specified chat room. You can also choose to decline an invitation. If the recipient doesn't have IrCQ-Net Invitation, ICQ will even display a dialog that will allow them to download and install the plug-in easily.
