ICP's unique eyedropper allows you to use navigation keys to select any pixel. Store up to 20 colors in its color palette. Copy color values in different formats including RGB, HSL, Hex, ActionScript, Delphi, VC++, VB and color swatches. You can also create your own color formats. You can export color palette or test patterns in different formats, very handy for sharing.
