"Don't download program does not work !"
Pros: None. Program does not work on my Windows XP.
Cons: Program loads and does not work. Just hangs there. Do not bother with this download. I had to delete this within minutes of installing. Complete waste of time :-(

Cons: Programs just hangs, web site is defunct (ipmonster.com), I would assume since program was added 2 years ago they they no longer exist and program is trying to connect to non-existant server.

Summary: In case you didn't notice, this little program puts an icon in your system tray. If you right click on this icon, you'll find more options.
