NONE that I can identify.
Cons
After using this charlatan, I lost my Favorites, and all of my Home Page customizations.
Summary
In a moment of midnight fatigue, I picked this add-on from the Microsoft list, and failed to look carefully at the features. MY MISTAKE!

Don't like this for anything, does not help your pc
Cons
a home page hijacker is included with the installer. It will change your language setting and home page within Internet Explorer. I had to use system restore to remove this trash from my pc.

Cons
While trying to install Spyware doctor recognized IE Doctor's registry add as Trojan.ClientMan. But on the other hand Spyware doctor is known for being over reactive to even ad tracking cookies, naming them as infections.
