Summary
After half an hour of scratching my head (there's no help file) I gave up. I could read large files but trying to edit produced some very odd results.

Summary
I needed to change afew bytes in a 1.8 Gig file. Loading a file was very fast and saving the changes was done before you know. Just what I needed.
