HeliosPaint is a powerful paint program for editing photos, drawings and icons. You can upload your edited images in image hosting servers and use them in building your own website. It includes various tools like pencil for editing pixels, curved, straight and freehand lines with choice of width, dash pattern, line joint and arrow heads, paint brush with adjustable size and edge feathering, eraser with adjustable size and edge feathering, and spray can with adjustable size and edge feathering or global spray option. It also features copy brush for copying one area of an image to another for retouching, healing and blending and paint can with local and global replace. Color bleed sensitivity allows nearby similar colors to be painted.

You get more trouble than You wanted

Pros
An ok cheap paint program
Cons
They said powerful, but it was more like Windows Paint slightly beefed up. The worst thing is, It offers the Babylon toolbar which I did not want, so even after unchecking it a window popped up and no matter what You do with the window it will force You to have Babylon Toolbar and it also changes Your homepage etc. Not Right!
Summary
This program is an ok paint program like Window Paint maybe beefed up a little. If You like getting Your homepage defaults changed in Your browser and being forced to have a toolbar, then this is what You are looking for
