This program offers a comprehensive means of tracking and organizing your business or organization's safety information, though it takes a few trips around to gain comfort. Health and Safety Manager Personal Edition includes a sample database in its installed file location. There you'll get an idea of how to input your records, although the well-designed interface pretty much makes it foolproof. The application easily keeps track of personnel information, risk and site assessments, electrical-equipment lists, and previously conducted tests. You can maintain accident reports and record known hazards and existing permits, as well as receive reminders from the system tray of upcoming reviews. All the lists and reports created can be saved and printed, although PDF format wasn't available. Safety managers and the like will appreciate this software's well-thought-out design for merging and maintaining every aspect of company safety.

Version: Health and Safety Manager Lite Edition 2008.1
"It might be useful to Risk Managers"
Pros: A database already developed to keep track of events in the risk management setting.
Cons: It seems it was developed in a software that is not used by the general public.
Summary: It might not be quite what Risks Managers are looking for, but there is an upgrade version available for a small donation. It was developed in a software that is not readily modifiable like MS Access is. People would not have the software to customi... read more >>
