You start by adding all the habits that you want to acquire to the list. The app will create a calendar for each of the habits for you. Every day mark the calendar if you followed that habit or not. Once you follow the habit for a few days you create a chain which will motivate you to keep going. After that your aim is just to ensure that you dont break the chain.
