  Easy to use. Works on a number of different file types. Has been kept up to date.

  Can't think of one, I've been using it since the early 90's. And it's never let me down.

  The Graphic Converter Specifications page at: http://download.cnet.com/GraphicConverter/3010-2192_4-10057380.html?tag=contentBody;sideBar clearly states that version 9.2.1 requires MacOSX 10.9, 10.8, 10.7 _OR_ 10.6. So I dl'd it to my OSX 10.6.8 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac — But when it appeared in my Applications folder it was blocked with this message: "You can't use this version of the application GraphicConverter9 with this version of Mac OS X. You have Mac OS X 10.6.8. The application requires Mac X 10.7 or later." THAT'S NOT WHAT IT SAYS IN THE SPECIFICATIONS PAGE !!!!

  Not a clue. Can't seem to stop downloading yet.

  The CNET site indicated 124.85MB upgrade to ver 8.2. Tech Tracker & my slow connection have downloaded over 750 MB, and still going, while I was out. What the h---?

  Summary

  I'm removing this from the tech tracker list... again... but it keeps restarting download anyway. Good product in the past.

  So many graphic types convertible without loss of quality!

  This page doesn't download 4.9.3 as it says. If people want the new version that is easy, those of us who keep old computers working should be able to access 4.9.3 as advertised or are you false advertising?

  Summary

  Lempke is an angel, the software is heaven itself! Download.CNET is a fantastically useful function - please make version 4.9.3 available or stop listing this page (and a dozen other versions that you don't provide) at the top of google. Make it easy for me to get version 4.9.3 please. Thank you!

  Pros

  Truly the "Swiss Army Knife" for graphics. While it has far, far, more tools than for what I've, so far, found need--and when I do have a need, I've found it handled with ease by GraphicConverter. Also, the developer is very responsive to questions and, in the rare instance where I've found a problem, he has implemented a fix very promptly.

  Cons

  None for me.

  In version 6 the Tool Box was attached to the window image, so if the window was moved the Tool Box moved with it. It was very convenient. For whatever reason it wasn't incorporated into version 7
