User Reviews

• Its cool so far

 ilikefreeshitMay 17, 2014

 Pros

nice cars mice shotgun mod cop cars are cool

 Cons

the mod didnt work on my existing gta3 game files i had to create a new directory for it.

 Summary

I couldn't get it to install at first, i had gta 3 already installed . i tried to add the mod to its folder, the mod didn't do anything to the game at all and there was no txd image or dir. so i right clicked on the folder that had gta 3 it called rockstar in the program files. i copied the folder and pasted it to my desktop there was still my old copy in x86 program files and a new copy on the desktop. i didn't open the game on the desktop, i just ran the mod installer on it first. when i ran the game it had new load screens ,so i knew it worked. it had a all white ghost car ,so i quit and deleted the files txd and txd.dir ,they were there but one was an image file named txt, and one was a note named txd.dir. its working good so far but i haven't beat the game, im still on the first neighborhood playing missions. the mission seem unchanged. i saw police helicopters but i don't know if i can steal one.

• Great MOD works on Windows 7, No problems so far :)

 J19MAC72December 30, 2012

 Pros

 Awesome new cars and textures

 Cons

Too many fast cars? If that's a con... for example around your hideout before the mod, it is usually junk cars driving on the street, while after the mod the 1st car I saw was a BMW M3.

 Summary

Great MOD, I installed from my original GTA III PC disks, then updated to patch 1.1 (hosted here on CNET)then installed and deleted the two existing files in the game directory as per the install instructions. I have no problems with "white cars" or any other graphical errors. Running Windows 7 with a Intel Dual Core E2200 and a Nvidia 9800 GTX video card. Dec.30,2012

• Although the cars are real, mods do not work fully.

 shifat96July 12, 2011

 Pros

The cars are cool. Nice road design. Very real

 Cons

Mods do not work properly. Some cars are just white (ex: Taxi and Police Car). The wheels of the cars are white.

 Summary

Updated on Jul 12, 2011
The installation was very fast. It was very easy. The whole game became more real. But one thing, the mods so not work fully. Some cars are just white, and on all cars the wheels are a white circle. Thus, the town looks more real but the cars do not.
