"Keeps your lists, but it's BORING"
Version: Not Found
Your notes, lists, photos, etc. from other systems sync.
You can make a checklist or upload a photo.
An easy-access toolbar across the top provides these options: Keep, Drive, Calendar, Talk, Voice, Print, Site & Translate.
It's beyond boring.
Changing the note color just changes a little line above the title.
No voice notes.
Can't rearrange location of notes.
Checklists that are synced from somewhere else lose their check boxes unless you open that specific note.
No search function that I could find.
Overall I'm just super disappointed with Keep on my Surface RT. With Windows 8 one would think Keep would have cooler features, but it's visually unappealing and lacks the things that make Keep fun on an Android. My Galaxy Note 2 really rocks Keep a ton better.
The only redeeming quality of the Google Keep Metro app is the bar of Google programs that provides easy access to such important things as Calendar and Drive. The app titles are in big, easy to touch boxes which is handy for a smaller touch screen like the Surface.
