  Pros

  You can easily keep track of multiple projects and assign different people to each project. You benefit by completing projects more quickly, for less cost, and in a more efficient manner.

  Cons

  GZM Projects enhances the success of your projects because it allows for group collaboration. Every time someone logs in, they can see what phone calls have been made, which emails have been sent, which meetings have taken place, etc. This gives your team members a positive feeling because they are always in the loop.

  Pros

  The easy to navigate home page shows you all of your current and old projects making it quick to find the project you're working on. The call logging feature makes it efficient to see who has talked to the business you're working with. The ability to assign tasks to people working on the project is the most valuable aspect. It keeps a track of what has been done and what needs be done proficiently!

  Cons

  The variety of features takes about 30 minutes to familiarize yourself with however, the range of using these features is invaluable!

  Summary

  I love the call logging feature! This is the best management system on the market!

  Pros

  For those of you who are considering a hosted model this is about as good as it gets The solution offers the users and administrators countless useful features and are continuously adding more.

  Cons

  This system is very sound and easy to use.

GZM Projects solved our needs and increased our efficiency by over 40 percent AND our billings went up 25 percent in the first month. I could not be more pleased with GZM Projects. The system is smart and easy to use - all business processes are organized to allow for a bird's eye view of what is going on. We needed a system that got control of our time and tasks on various projects. We researched other systems, but none of them worked the way we needed. It was a great relief to find GZM Projects, as this system clearly solved the headaches. Our productivity and efficiency is up company-wide. It used to take hours to organize information for some of our clients and now we can do it in minutes! GZM Projects gets an A+ in my book.
