"No USB, should have read other's reviews"
Pros: None, won't work for my setup
Cons: As others have said, if I had taken the trouble to read, it won't work with USB. Says to use an older version if you want USB. Odd.

"Doesn't work with AT&T in a USB card reader"
Cons: Seems to only support RS-232 (serial) card readers. Wouldn't detect the AT&T card in my USB card reader at all.

"Will not connect to my card reader"
Cons: Couldn't connect to 2 of my card readers, it said make sure cardreader is plugged into RS-232, but the cardreader is USB. There is no explenation anywhere for this error or that you need a cardreader that plugs into RS-232 before downloading. This has led me to try and solve the problem which I cannot solve, it should say in the requirements that you need a RS-232 Cardreader. Most I know of are USB.

Cons: After a tricky install you find out from a URL in the zip that the program is part of a security suite that you need to buy to get a key to run the program--for too many $$.
