Despite a professional-looking interface, Fx Video Converter offers only basic functionality. It can convert video files among Windows Media, MPEG, and AVI formats, or turn any of those into MPEG-2, VCD, or DVD files. You also can change the output to be compatible with either the NTSC or PAL broadcast standards, but that's about it. You can't change the output file's resolution or any other attributes, which is a must for a video-file converter. Also, for such a basic program, it takes quite some time to download. Though its functionality leaves something to be desired, Fx Video Converter might meet the needs of users looking for a quick way to convert these specific file formats.Publisher's description

Version: Fx Video Converter 7.51.24
Pros: Not a bad converter. Really slow compared to some i've used.
Cons: You had to convert your original file, that is the destination from your conversion was the file you are converting. =\
