Version: Fuse Bead Pattern Designer 3.01
"Not completely useless, but not very good, either"
Pros: This software does have all (or at least most, I'm not a perler fanatic) of the colors and peg board designs, and it is slightly more convenient than digging through a bucket of beads trying to find enough of one color only to find out that the pattern you thought would look good doesn't.
Cons: The interface is way too cutesy, not to mention clunky and hard to use. Why does File>Open not let me open my projects? The button for that is in the lower right corner, unmarked. None of the other buttons are labeled clearly, either - the programmer expects you to refer to the bottom of the screen to see what each button does.
The program does not print a color guide, even when you tell it to. MAJOR inconvenience.
The designs also do not print to scale, making them completely useless for my purposes.
This program does very little that a basic paint program can't do, and does it in a difficult-to-interact-with way. I'm going to save myself the stress and just make some templates in Paint to fill with whatever colors I want to use.

Version: Fuse Bead Pattern Designer 3.01
"The sort ware has a big GLITCH in it, A VERY BIG ONE"
Cons: I want to give this a 1/4 star. If you are a hobbist and you are into designing your own Perler Bead Paterns then you will have to have a pen and paper handy. When you print out your patern you do not get a Color key, no that is the big GLITCH. So if you do not have a computer or some thing to open up the file so you can see what colors you put where I hope you have a good memory.
