• This is the most buggy program I've EVER used.

  I can't even thing of one positive, for me it was completely worthless.

  1) The installation is riddled with adware and repeatedly tries to bundle in 3rd party bloatware as you install. 2) The program constantly freezes, goes into (not responding mode). 3) Failed to even split my video properly.

  This program is pathetic, it's so buggy that it constantly freezes and often fails to split your video at all! I selected a video and entered in the split points, but it just gives me the full length video as the finished result. I would be embarrassed to release a software as buggy as this and it's a bloody travesty that THIS garbage was the top result when Googling "video splitter". I won't say anything of the other reviewers who left a 5 star on this software, but I'll just say I find it disturbing. This clearly isn't a 5 star anything.

  Pros

  Free Video Splitter app is basically designed to split videos in high quality. I was completely surprised by the quality of the files even after a speedy splitting process. It can be used by both beginners and advanced users. This program also supports several file formats. It completes its task without any defects. As it is a small program, it does not cause any glitches.

  I like it's ability to make several cuts simultaneously, either by individually selected parts of the video or by setting a number of equal cuts to make. It's also very fast, and I don't have to reset the output directory each time, as I've experienced in some other cutting projects. Also, you can review the audio, in case you need to cut based on that.

  Cons

  No batch processing - it will only split one file at a time.

  Summary

  Does what it claims to do, quickly, accurately and with two options to decide on where the cuts are made (select a number of cuts or select individual segments). It doesn't batch process, but for the average user, I think it's a great little tool.

  user-friendly, it does the job well, it is possible to preview what we are cutting. I really appreciated to be able cut into many pieces at once. The software offers to cut into equal part, or select the cut points. When selecting "cut point", it is possible to select the cut points on the video preview, or by typing the time. All the details are well thought: open directly the output directly by clicking on a link and so on. Thanks for this app.

  This program is merely a vessel for 10 other programs and toolbars that will try to install themselves while you try to install the video splitter. After denying each and everyone the splitter itself never installed. This should honestly be deleted from the site. I have no idea how Download.com is so incredibly lax in their quality control that they let this thing exist. I seriously did a spyware scan afterwards and found 6 infections. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  This software split all video file (all format support) in all part we want (from two to many). Easy to work, regular installation, NO SPYWARE OR ADWARE---- We can split too, one part of video which we are interest in. It does not increase the file size on arrival. It works fast.
