Installed, went through the tutorial which turned out to be unnecessary because the program is really quite easily intuitive but it just wasn't converting.

This program gave me a virus, where do I report it?
Thought this program was good, downloaded it and it only converted 3 mins of my video, decided to un-install. Un-installed successfully, saw it also had a program along with it that transformed all my media files into some weird crap. Went to uninstall programs, didn't un-install and it just stalled for hours, decided to un-install it through it's folder, successfully got it. Next day, went into my program files folder, saw the same exact folder, decided to delete it. Now my internet keeps disconnecting, firefox doesn't even load and if it does, it'll freeze for a good min, all online programs that use the internet doesn't work. Where do I report this to the authorities? -

Unless you have the registered version, it doesn't let you convert whole files. I was trying to use this to convert an hour long lecture to mp4 so I could view it on my ipod but when i did it, it only converted 3 minutes of it.

Don't bother downloading it. I'm uninstalling it as soon as I finish this.

Downloaded this convert WMV to MP4. Regardless of settings, it did a terrible job of coverting the file. It made everything very, veryt pixelated, though the original file was fine. The wors part is that it destryed my Roxio software and I'm hoping I can re-load it (Roxio came with my computer). Stay away!

This is probably the worst software... It never worked and when I tried to uninstall from Add/Remove programs even thats not working.
My advice-- Please stay away from this product... I am sure there are better products out there
