• Do not recommend for Macintosh users

  Pros

  Encrypted flashdrive is beneficial if you have a Windows computer and will be using the flashdrive to transfer files to a Windows computer.

  Cons

  -Errors when saving a file from a Windows computer and trying to open it on a Mac -Errors when saving a file from a Mac and trying to open it on a Windows -Customer service is not friendly and getting a refund for malfunctioning program is extremely difficult

  Summary

  Do not recommend this for Mac users or anyone that would be using a Mac to transfer files to or from.

  Pros

  Installed smoothly.

  Cons

  I can bring up the initial window and configuration screen for Bitlocker, so I know it got installed. But in Windows Explorer, right-clicking on a disk (or USB thumb) drive doesn't show me any Bitlocker options, so I can't make a disk be encrypted. I tried Googling this situation but didn't find anything useful.

  Summary

  I couldn't figure out how to get anything useful done.
