Pros: NONE
Cons: It doesn't work. If you are just running Window$, don't even think about it because you need additional software for it to work. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE

Summary: Technical support is fast, easily customizable (language support, interface, environment settings), no learning cost at all, easy install, happy users, ... what else do we need... and above all, it's still free.
