From Lepsch :Force is a full-featured programming environment for FORTRAN 77 (the engineering programming language). It uses the FORTRAN G77 compiler to create programs in Win32 platform. Some characteristics include syntax colors, print preview, and translation option.
Version 2.0.8: option for many Vertical Lines; popup menu in work area; focus the line with an error automatically, if exists; advanced configuration for Compiler/Analyzer/Debugger in the Registry.
Version 2.0.9 fixes odd Vista bug.

Pros: Very intuitive
Cons: Like a lot of Fortran compilers, the error messages are very cryptic.
Summary: Excellent product. Makes one of the GNU compilers somewhat easy to use.
