It installs and won't run without using WinPcap, which act almost virus like in that... this program downloads applications without your permission, also can initiate browser's re directions, show unwanted pop-up ads and track its users

Pros
This is the only ap I've found that allows me to download PBS.org videos, and it does it flawlessly.
Cons
You have to let the video you're D/Ling run its entire length - if you stop the video, or leave the page, the recording stops. So, essentially, it takes 90 minutes to download a 90 minute video.
Summary
I would only use this ap to download videos that I absolutely can't D/L with any other ap, because of its slow speed. However, I will be buying this program because I love PBS videos, and no other ap I've tried will D/L them.
Simple program that just plain works. What I wanted.

It actually downloads RTMP streams!! It's also very simple: 1. At the top click the button for options, Set where you want the files to go. 2. Set that you want to record flash FLV streams. 3. Press the record button. 4. Visit your video page. 5. !
Cons
Can't really find any. This does exactly what I need without frills. I've seen other products out there that will do conversions between formats, but I don't really care at this point, so maybe this product could add on that.

NOTHING!!! I GUESS THE PRO WAS THAT THE FREE TRAIL ALLOWED ME TO SEE HOW BAD IT WAS.
Cons
COULD NOT PLAY THE MEDIA IT RECORDED ON ANY FLV PLAYER, EVEN THE ONE EMBEDDED IN THE PROGRAM.
