  Pros

  This is the original Flickr Uploadr that Flickr stopped supporting some years ago. It's by far the most convenient way to upload photos while creating albums (sets) and tags and managing privacy all at the same time. Flickr's newer "Uploadr" is designed only to automatically store photos and serves none of these functions.

  Cons

  Flickr does not appear to be supporting it anymore, so we can only hope that it will continue to work with future versions of Windows. For now, though, it's great.

  Summary

  Get this rather than the new Flickr Uploadr.

  Pros

  Easy to use, quick download

  Cons

  Uploaded every single image from my pc, every picture from every help file from every program and every single cd artwork from every single iTunes file and put them all into albums with just one picture per album. I've spent 7 hours deleting one album at a time due to no option to mass delete. Uploaded nearly 5000 images from every single program into individual albums. Absolute nightmare, avoid like the plague !!!!!!

  No geo-tagging When uploads fail (which can be quite frequent for me) the photo in the process of being uploaded disappears from the queue

  Serial upload, may take long time with large number of files.

  Just went to try it again and it asked for my yahoo password - which I have'nt got !! so I will be uninstalling it forthwith.

• Notifies non-invasively when an app needs updating.

  Pros

  I like the fact that I know in advance that my apps need updating so when I go to use them I have already updated them. Also the notification is not annoying, it is about as subtle as possible.

  I haven't found any flaws in the product.
