Though it lacks the depth of other health and nutrition programs, this handy application offers numerous calculators and guidelines to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Fit Track doesn't require any installation--just run its executable file. The interface features standard navigational buttons that make it easy to flip through the pages. A wide variety of calculators help to determine your body's fat percentage, along with your ideal body weight, daily calorie intake, and daily nutritional requirements. The program also includes general health and fitness information, but unlike similar programs, it doesn't offer meal or exercise planners.
Fit Track supports both metric and U.S. units of measurement. Despite a restrictive one-session trial limit, this application will benefit any user wanting to take the steps towards better health.
