Finance Advisor is a simple and elegant loan and mortgage calculator with amortization. Includes uneven cash flow worksheet for odd calculations. Can use this calculator for general time value of money calculations. In Loan and Mortgage Calculator, you can solve for periodic payment amount, present value or loan amount given other parameters or even solve for interest rate given periodic payment one can make and the loan amount.
In Cash Flow Calculator, you can solve for uneven cash flows for any investment properties or businesses. It will calculate the NPV, IRR, and MIRR for this business or property. This version adds ability to save and open in XML format with .tvm or .cfo extensions. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
