I have used many of Black Ice Software's products and although this one is not as refined as others this is still a great product. It converts all types of files and has a easy user interface. If you put the time into reading the documentation you will be very pleased to find many answers in there, but otherwise the technical support team is there usually offering quick support.

Cons
Hard to uninstall, had to restore my system to an earlier date.
It also destroyed the original file and the output had the company banner right across the top, so the output wasn't any good either.Summary
Pass on this one, plenty of better ones. Unfortunately the one I tried PDF123 (I think) that worked well seemed to shut me off before the trial period was over so I tried this SW to my sorrow.
