Feed Notifier is a Windows application that resides in the system tray and displays pop-up notifications on your desktop when new items are discovered in subscribed RSS/Atom feeds. Features include support for user-selectable themes, tracking any number of feeds, configurable polling intervals for each feed, a do-not-disturb mode to temporarily deactivate the application and proxy server support. Pop-up options include configurable size, position, transparency and duration. The pop-up windows will not steal keyboard or mouse focus from other applications.
What's new in this version: Version 2.5 allows fallback on Windows-configured proxy, improves cache mechanism, and removed webkit and html theme code remnants that weren't being used.
