It doesn't seem to have filled my computer with spyware.
Cons
180 second minimum on the trial version, fine, whatever. But THEN, to deal with the .ram files, one has to install "RealAlternative" codecs, which, the programs warns you, does not play nicely with RealPlayer. That's a no.

Probably works well as a media converter, but I needed volume level normalization (like MP3 Gain) except for WMA. It made a slight increase in level norm, but did not truly normalize.

Simple, easy to use interface (if a tad ugly), support for all all major audio formats (its .flac support was the reason I got it) and faster than all the others I tried.
As Total Video Converter can do pretty much everything this can I was going to use that, but this has much better ID3 support.
