• Great for controlling anything midi with the FCB1010.

  Pros

  I was getting ready to buy a custom UNO firmware chip but this program does more than the chip would and it is free. I've already written a couple of custom setups. Being able to enter a new setup by pressing one pedal is great.

  Cons

  Does not come with much documentation. I figured it out by reading the info on the author's site and looking through the program that it comes with to figure out how to program it.

  Summary

  I really like the levels/layers. Being able to have multiple layers allows me to have set up a basic starting board. Pressing the pedal labelled 'Guitar Rig' then brings up the specific board setup for GR. Pretty cool, no need to load different setups for different tasks. Mucho capability of sending an unlimited number of control and program change messages, notes and sysex (have not used yet) with a single pedal press. Nice and clean interface. I actually bought a second monitor after setting this up so that I can always have this showing no matter what I'm doing with the DAW. Very well done.
