EzVoice is full-featured answering machine software with voice mail support. It captures caller s ID, and allows you to pre-screen and block unwanted calls or telemarketers. Its built-in address book let you customize greetings for all your friends, relatives, or co-workers. Moreover, it will notify you of new calls or voice messages through e-mails to your pagers or cellular phones. If you own a business, you can set up to 10 voice mailboxes in EzVoice, which enable you to announce product, price, or other related information in separate mail boxes. This will improve your business images. Additionally, you can attach memos or notes to your phone messages. With built-in search tool, you can retrieve and find these messages. EzVoice further provides other useful features such as visual and audio alert upon new calls, password protected remote retrieval, and unlimited recording length.

"Nice, but doesn't work with Vista"

Pros
Has nice features like special greeting per phone book entry and fully configurable.
Cons
In Vista the caller can't hear the greeting or beep, so has no idea they can leave a message or not.

This program works well, and is fairly easy to use. It has a cool feature where you can leave diffrent outgoing messages for diffrent callers.
Cons
The only thing I did not like was that there was not a good message alert system. A flashing icon in the task bar was the only alert.

Summary
This is probibly the 6th computer answering machine i have tried. This one, immediatly recognized my modem, let me record my own outgoing message and picked up on the 4th ring the first time i tested it. PERFECT. Its not free, but i figure 18 bucks is what i would pay for three months of voicemail through the phone company... not bad.
