Publisher's description
From Salfeld Computer :Exe Password allows you to protect any EXE-file with its own password. In doing so, this password is stored directly in the EXE-file. It is extremely easy to add any password to a file: Just select the desired file on the desktop/in the start menu or in Explorer, choose the context menu (right mouse click), select password protection, enter password and done. From now on a password must be entered when the EXE-file is started.
Version 7.114 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Exe Password 2004 7.114
"Great program! Would advise to purchase."
Pros: As quoted by bob0range "It extracts the exe when the password is inputted to a temporary place on the hard drive, essentially making password protection useless". Not so. It gives you the option to make the back-up or not. If not, even using a hex-editor (hacking tool), you CANNOT find the password in the exe.
Cons: Tried to password protect my game, but it screwed the graphics. No other issues as of yet. And I have password protected TONS of stuff on my computer.

Version: Exe Password 2004 7.114
Pros: this program modifies a exe file, protecting it with a password. Shell integration is useful, streamlined interface too
Cons: this dramatically increases the file size. also, it extracts the exe when the password is inputted to a temporary place on the hard drive, essentially making password protection useless. a better solution would be to password protect a rar file.
