Excel Invoice Manager Platinum provides a comprehensive invoice creator and tracker. The program's familiar layout makes it a snap to manage.
We felt instantly comfortable with this program's interface, since it was built using Microsoft Excel. Its rows and columns don't look like a spreadsheet, yet they are filled and manipulated the same way. Invoice Manager provides ample space to create customer profiles and enter this information into your invoices. Also, you can customize the look of your invoices by inserting your company logo, which gives them a professional touch. In addition, you can easily populate your inventory so that items appear quickly and instantly on the invoice. With the customer and product information filled in, the Invoice Manager tallies all costs and applies taxes automatically, saving you from having to do the calculations separately. The program also provided several features for running reports. Ranging from Sales, Payments, Customers, and more, these reports are a great way to look more closely at the overall specifics of your business. Invoice Manager covers every angle of invoice creation and helps you keep an eye on the financial side, which combines to make a great package.
