When it works, it works well.

When it's not working, it may keep telling you to turn on your media player (when it's already on) or just say "Lyrics Not Found" even for Hey Jude.

"Just doesn't work."
Version: EvilLyrics 0.1.9 build 143
Pros
I like nothing about the new product.
Cons
I was able to pull up 0 lyrics for songs. No instructions are available and the site just appears to be non-functioning and a waste of time.
Summary
Don't bother with this program.

"does not work with Mediamonkey as advertised."
Version: EvilLyrics 0.1.9 build 143
Pros
I want to see lyrics. I never got there.
Cons
1. The setup had no mediamonkey option, nor any instructions for that
2. The license agreement coyright stops in 2005 although website goes to 2008
3. The evil lyrics website send you to this bizarre admin website for installing apps, plain confusingSummary
Not worth looking at until the developer cleans up their site and lives up to their advertising ie Mediamonkey support

"Just doesn't work."
Version: EvilLyrics 0.1.9 build 143
Pros
The program used to work fine and did just what it advertised until it completely quit finding lyrics.
Cons
It cannot find lyrics for any song. Tried different versions of the software on two different XP computers with same result. File is an install exe, which works fine as far as that goes. But it just won't find any lyrics for any song.
Summary
Non-functional. Wonder what tweak the reviewer used who said he got it working after experiencing the same thing.

"A dream come true!"
Version: EvilLyrics 0.1.9 build 143
Pros
Been using it for years, finds most songs, also searches for alternative versions.
Cons
Recently stopped working, after quite a few reinstalls and some playing around with the preferences got it working again.
Summary
20 years ago the only way to find out the lyrics for some song was to go into a music store and look them up in sheet music book.
Can't believe after decades I am now finding out some of the Hendrix and Stones lyrics I could never quite figure out. Sure, now you can go to a million sites to find them, but nothing could compare to having them appear as the songs play.
