It downloaded without complaint and after bringing up the opening window I tried to run "demonstration" and it repeatedly said it could not connect. My internet connection is fine. After three tries I gave it up.

Software installs on the hard drive and asks for your name and email address, which I typed in. My computer was not connected to the internet and when the software could not reach out and phone home, it stopped and would not do anything else. I heeded the red flag and un-installed.

Wanted to erase all the data on my backup drive. When I invoked this program, it only stated 'reboot computer'. I did, and Windows XP would not come up. I repaired Windows, fortunately I did not lose any data (only time). STAY AWAY!!!
