Publisher's Description
From EnterpriseWizard:
EnterpriseWizard has everything you need to manage your company's contracts and integrate their information into other processes. In addition to the functions provided by stand-alone systems, such as notifying the appropriate people when contracts are about to expire, it makes the information visible and actionable throughout your enterprise. For instance: Support technicians dealing with customers need to know the details of the customer's support contract--whether it's valid, what it covers--when taking support calls or working in the customer support system. IT personnel may need to see what computers a software license is installed on when managing those assets or requesting help under a support contract. The appropriate sales rep should be notified when contracts are coming up for renewal. These are just some examples of the relationships that are included with EnterpriseWizard's contract management system. Whether you are the supplier of service contracts to your customers, or on the receiving end of service contracts from your company's vendors, EnterpriseWizard makes it easy to create new contracts and to associate them with assets, services, products, contacts, accounts, vendors, opportunities, and so on, so that the contract information is available from all the relevant areas in the system.

"Best contract system that we've found"
Version: EnterpriseWizard SaaS Contract Management 4.0
Pros
-We can customize a lot about it
-Automatically tells us about expired contracts
-Free edition has full functionsCons
-Only works on 64 bit OS
Summary
I work customer support for a computer retailer. We were losing money providing support for people with expired contracts because it took more time to figure out whether or not their contact was valid than to answer the question. This was a huge improvement because it tells us the service contract status before we work on someone's case. It does other stuff, but I haven't really looked into that yet. My only real complaint is that it would not work on the 32-bit XP machine that we had set aside, I ended up replacing XP with 64 bit Windows 7.

"A great contract management option"
Version: EnterpriseWizard SaaS Contract Management 4.0
Pros
Really efficient contract system. Automatic notifications are much faster than waiting on people. Keeps track of expired contracts and renewals. Integrates with other departments.
Cons
The free version only offers 5 licenses. They say that it is free for 10 users, but 5 of those are end users who cannot collaborate with other users because they only see their own records.
Summary
I'm a wholesaler, so I rely on regular orders for a huge chunk of my business. If a contract expires, it costs a lot, so this has been a big benefit for me. It has an automatic notification function, so we've been able to keep up with contract renewals and SLAs because it tells us whenever the circumstances we set occur. There other features, but the notifications are by far the most important for me, it's worth it for those alone.

"Tools that fixed our contract problems"
Version: EnterpriseWizard SaaS Contract Management 4.0
Pros
Automatic notifications for renewals, so we haven't missed any contract renewals since installing it. We saved tons of time with the automatic drafting tools. Integrates with Google Docs, so we can draft entirely new contracts from the browser.
Cons
We had some trouble implementing at first because there are so many features that it's kind of daunting. There were some good demos and the support staff were helpful, but I wouldn't recommend trying to do everything right from the start.
Summary
I work for a theater company, and although we're relatively small and low budgeted we do a lot of contracting since we have so much turnover for actors and techs. The automatic drafting features have been a huge timesaver for me. Whenever there's a new hire we just fill in a little profile for them and it creates the contract. Set up a workflow that can send inform all of the right staff members about the new hire so they can get headshots sorted, performance calendars filled in, and tax information set as soon as possible. I'd recommend it to anyone who hates donkey work.
