  Pros

  Plenty of features for improving on business processes. Everything works out of the box, but we can also customize them for what we need it to do. Handles all of our auditing requirements.

  Cons

  No built-in accounting, but integrates with QB Enterprise.

  Summary

  We installed it for Sarbanes-Oxley and we all love how well it's been able to handle it. I mean, after all the complaints I've heard online about how SOX s killing business everywhere I was expecting a death march, but I pretty much just implemented its basic setup and it started taking perfect records. It took a while to move over to doing things in EnterpriseWizard, but now we do it tracks everything automatically, all our information is searchable and audit ready. It automates so much stuff that we are faster than before we got compliant! I don't know if people are exaggerating about SOX or if we just got lucky with this program, but it has worked out great.

  Pros

  Easy searching through documents. Workflows and business rules automate document management. Easy to configure when you need to deal with changes. Works with Google Docs and Single Sign On. Powerful search

  Cons

  Seemed a bit complex to get setup, but our computer guy assured me that it was okay

  Summary

  It has been a lifesaver. We run a youth baseball league and we not only had to deal with a ton of paper files but it seems like 99% were coming in late from stressed out parents who were still expecting that everything run on time. It took a while to enter our backlog of active files, but once we started everyone using the web forms, we actually started being able to track things and sort them and find them in a timely manner. The search functions are really amazing, it indexes documents and I can find anything
